The NEWWAY GF4 is floor standing gas powered fryer which runs on natural gas and LP gas. It is powered by 4 cast iron vertical burner tubes with an output of 122,000 BT total. The fryer is constructed with high quality stainless steel and with a 25 litre oil capacity 304 stainless steel oil tank, controlled by an imported prompt response thermostat and a high heat (446 degrees F / 230 degrees C) shut off feature for safety and peace of mind.
